GA4 Audits & Configuration
Audit existing GA4 properties, events and conversions; identify missing, duplicated or unnecessary events; verify measurement behavior; and organize tracking around the actions that actually matter to the business.
Accurate conversion data is the foundation of smart advertising. I audit, repair and implement GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking across WordPress, booking systems, e-commerce and third-party platforms—then test the complete customer journey to verify the right conversion fires at the right time.
A tag can appear in Google Tag Manager and still produce duplicate conversions, lose attribution, fire before a transaction is complete or never reach Google Ads. I work through the implementation end-to-end rather than assuming a dashboard setting proves the tracking is accurate.

GTM container audits, tag and trigger configuration, variables, event tracking, Preview/Debug testing and troubleshooting. I verify what actually fires in the browser rather than relying only on what the container says should happen.
Configure and troubleshoot Google Ads conversion actions, primary versus secondary conversions, Conversion Linker behavior and GA4 imports so bidding strategies receive cleaner, more reliable conversion signals.
Track completed bookings, forms, calls and other lead actions through WordPress and third-party booking systems. The goal is to fire a conversion only after the meaningful action is successfully completed.
Diagnose customer journeys that leave the main website for booking, checkout or another platform. I check cross-domain measurement, unwanted referrals, session continuity, GCLID preservation and attribution problems that can hide the real source of a conversion.
Find conversions firing twice, events triggered on the wrong page, legacy tags competing with new tags, duplicate GA4/Google Ads implementations and conversion actions that inflate or distort campaign performance.
Implement and troubleshoot Google Consent Mode with commercial consent platforms, including default and updated consent states, analytics/ad storage behavior and verification that tags respond correctly to the visitor's consent choices.
When the tracking problem is inside the website rather than Google's interface, I can work directly with WordPress, Elementor, PHP and JavaScript to correct the implementation instead of stopping at the analytics layer.
I test the complete path—from the visitor's first interaction through the website, form, booking or checkout system and final conversion—to confirm the event reaches the right analytics and advertising platforms without duplicates or lost attribution.
Conversion tracking often crosses several systems. My development background lets me troubleshoot the website, JavaScript, CMS and integrations as well as the analytics configuration.
Recent healthcare work involved hands-on auditing and troubleshooting of WordPress analytics implementations—not simply reading reports.
WordPress technical work involving GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Consent Mode and commercial CMP configuration. I tested tag behavior under denied and granted consent states and verified the implementation through actual tag behavior.
Visit Shore Medical Center →GA4/GTM implementation and troubleshooting on WordPress, including consent defaults, analytics behavior, tag validation and configuration cleanup. The work required tracing what was actually firing and correcting the implementation where needed.
Visit Shore Physicians Group →If Google Ads, GA4 and GTM disagree—or you simply want confidence that your conversions are being measured correctly—I can audit the implementation, identify the weak points and test the complete conversion path.
